2. Returns for Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, contact us at info@lbasi.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
3. Returns for Dissatisfaction: For dissatisfaction, get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery via email, Instagram DM or our website live chat.. We'll work with you to find a suitable resolution. 
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we'll promptly process your refund. Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost.
